1. Return of Unsatisfactory Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.
Requirements for Returns:
The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
For quality-related returns, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the defect.
Returns are not accepted due to personal preference, wrong sizing, or unmet expectations. Please consult our sizing charts or contact Client Service if in doubt before placing your order.
2. Return of Incorrect Items
If the item you received is different from the item you ordered, please contact our Client Service team and provide proof of the error (photos or video of the received product).
Return Process for Incorrect Items:
The incorrect item must be returned in its original packaging.
Upon receipt and verification, we will replace the item and reimburse shipping costs.
If you prefer to keep the incorrect item and can use it, you may propose this to us, and we may offer a partial discount as a solution.
Note: Minor variations in product logos or packaging due to different batches are not considered errors. If all functions and appearance are correct, the return may not be accepted under this policy.
3. General Conditions
Returned items should be shipped via a trackable method. Keep the shipping receipt for verification.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees for returning items may be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product (outside of personal preference).
