Shipping Policy

At our company, we are dedicated to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery for every order. To ensure transparency and accuracy, all shipping rates are calculated directly from Express Mail Service. Customers can choose from the following shipping options during checkout:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery with 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Express Mail Service provides time-definite and day-definite delivery services based on your shipment’s destination and local postal network conditions. Actual delivery times may vary depending on regional factors.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Express Mail Service tracking number, so you can track your parcel in real time through the official Express Mail Service website.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A valid and complete street address is required for all deliveries to ensure successful shipment.

While we make every effort to deliver your order quickly, please understand that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by:


Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters or regional disruptions

Operational delays within Express Mail Service or partner postal services

Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

All packages are insured for the exact purchase amount to protect your order throughout the shipping process. In case of any issues during transit, we will assist you in resolving the matter with Express Mail Service.


Lost or Damaged Shipment Policy

Due to the increasing number of fraudulent shipping claims, our Lost or Damaged Shipment Policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair handling of all cases.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Express Mail Service assumes full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your shipment.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will file the required claim documents with Express Mail Service on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.


Please be aware that:

A replacement or refund cannot be issued until Express Mail Service completes its investigation.

Once Express Mail Serviceconfirms the claim and compensates for the loss, we will promptly issue your refund or send a replacement order.

We will make every possible effort to recover your loss and ensure your satisfaction in accordance with Express Mail Service’s claim resolution procedures.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via email or phone with your order number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may choose to refuse delivery upon arrival or return the product after receipt, following our Return Policy (if applicable).

Once a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method with 10–15 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right to deduct applicable transaction or handling fees if the cancellation occurs after payment has been processed.
